Are Maple & Mint products vegan?

All our products are vegan with the exception of our lip balm which contains beeswax, and our Oatmeal soap which contains goats milk. None of our products are tested on animals, ever. All testing of our formulas is carried out on willing family members and friends!

How long will my order take to ship?

We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days. At Christmas and other special dates this may extend to 3 business days depending on volume of orders received.

Can I upgrade to express postage?

Certainly, just leave us a note at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a postage upgrade.

How long does delivery take?

Although we aim to ship within 2 business days, we cannot control the speed at which your package travels unfortunately. We are located in Melbourne, as a general rule same city deliveries arrive within a few days whereas interstate deliveries will take longer. Delivery times are usually a little slower around major holidays such as Christmas or Mother’s Day.

Do you accept refunds or returns?

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns. However your happiness is very important to us and we will try our hardest to resolve any issues that may arise. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries or concerns regarding your order.
